Back in 2018, our founder was sitting at his kitchen table at 2 AM, staring at spreadsheets that made his budget look more confusing than his tax returns. He'd tried every budgeting app on the market – some were too simple, others felt like they needed a finance degree to understand.

That's when it hit him: what if budgeting could actually adapt to how people really live? Not perfect people who never buy coffee or have unexpected car repairs, but real people with messy, unpredictable lives.
